The new 2025 Sustainability Report has been published, presenting in a structured way the journey undertaken across environmental, social and governance topics. The report is designed as a tool for transparency and dialogue, offering stakeholders, customers, partners and the local community a clear view of the commitment to sustainable development.
The report has been prepared in accordance with the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards, updated to the latest revisions, and aligned with the ESRS, the European Sustainability Reporting Standards. This confirms the intention to address sustainability through a measurable, concrete approach that is increasingly integrated into business processes.
One of the most meaningful results highlighted in the document is the confirmation of an overall ESG score of B in 2025. This result reflects the consistency and strength of the path undertaken, with positive evaluations also in the environmental and social areas. As stated in the report, this achievement is not considered a final destination, but rather a solid starting point for even more ambitious goals.
The report also highlights several concrete actions and investments implemented to reduce environmental impact, including electric forklifts, high-efficiency plant upgrades, new filtration systems, Industry 5.0 investments and a 545 kWp photovoltaic system. Targets have also been set to reduce environmental impact by 10% in the medium term and 20% in the long term.
Alongside environmental topics, the Sustainability Report also focuses on people, training, local community relations and governance. During the year, 2,070 training hours were delivered, confirming the attention given to skills development, safety and the enhancement of human capital. The document also underlines the importance of dialogue with stakeholders, local communities, customers and suppliers as an integral part of a responsible development model.
With the publication of the 2025 Sustainability Report, the commitment to combining quality, innovation, responsibility and long-term vision is further reinforced, with the awareness that sustainability is not a static goal, but an ongoing journey made of action, measurement and continuous improvement.
